MELBOURNE, Vic. Australia, 2023.Jun.25 – Heptagon Systems Introduces the HQ-Box2 Storage-M6, an expansion to our popular HQ-Box2 product line. A one of a kind solution offering an array of 6x M.2 NVMe, giving users a total of 7x M.2 NVMe interfaces with 4 PCIe lanes Each.
In addition, the M6 Model also has an optional Intel® Virtual RAID on CPU (Intel® VROC) with up to two RAID Volumes, for even more flexibility. The first volume has four NVMe drives using PCIe Gen-4. The second volume has two drives using PCIe Gen-3.
The HQ-Box2 series is an Intel® Xeon D-1700-based compact Box PC server for the Network and 5G Edge. A rugged, fanless standard and highly modular by design, the HQ-Box2 allows ‘mix and match’ features for a wide array of applications in harsh environments.
